Thanks and New Intending: Money continued by selling my home

There are times in life when the air feels different – as you breathe easy for the first time you hear as years. Selling my home was one of those moments. It was not just about changing addresses. It was about closing the pressure-filled chapter, shot, and a lot of debt. And now, for the first time, I enter the future that sounds full.

As I live here I show and stare at this great number in my bank account, I’m frustrated to thank you. I just arrived in Texas and I take some days to remove, I have been in my way, and I live in it. Before anything else, I have a very important thing: Paying people who put me much.

I ended up for $ 51,660 from the sale of the house.

The first house continues

First it was an artist – the person who did the best work in my home since I bought it. He is waiting patiently for the second part of his post-painting during the sales process until the house came. His trust and understanding remained with me throughout the process of sales, and it felt as amazing that finally sent him what he owed.

Then, Father. Where do you start thanking the person who enters a solution when you are cold in your home? On January 2024, my love listened to life between winter, and my dad didn’t even doubt the new one’s costs. He patiently was waiting for about a half and a half of payment, never made me feel hastily or guilty. Writing about that tested was a full-minute that left me eyes and full thanks. And finally, the beast: $ 21,000 in credit card debt. Typing that figure sounds ahead. It has been a type of mountain approaching after all I have done – making all stores run, all the small birthdays feel less survivable. But there is no more. By the sale of the house continues, that debt is gone. Payments Process as I write this, and I can’t wait to share updates that are not possible for future posts.

CHAPTER NEW

Currently, I stand on the Form of Chapter, Chapter. One without continuous, restricted ‘how to pay you this? “One where I can easily drive and plan for the future instead of tearing the past.

Here is the first of the first and living a life almost completely free from old debt.

Next, I will make strong decisions to do with the remaining funds from sales. While I was completely debtor at the moment, my student loans only stand on the road. I see the end of the coming. For the first time as I was 21 years old, I begin to be completely empty, but it is unavoidable.

Hope is a smart and operational business manager who spend about two decades help their clients and grow their businesses for project management, digital sales, and technical technology. Recently the conversion from his role as a single growing mother / adolescent children in a blank NOter, hope is roaming emotional and efficient challenges.

Living in a small tiny city in northeastern Georgia and three dogs, hope loves the peace of the sea because of the busy sea. Although his children now receive their feet in national education, jobs, and independence – he remains a great deal of support in the next chapter, just as he faces the bittersweet tugt to allow travel.

Since Joinine’s blogging society Ages Cards cards in 2015, the hope has clearly shared its rising financial journeys and times. Now, with updated focus and the clear route, it is ready to deal with its finances with the same zeal and insistion to bring his life and his work.
