Starbucks Spring Menu Returns With New Drinks, Frog Pops and Merchandise

Spring is just around the corner — and in the case of Starbucks, it’s already here.

Starbucks’ spring menu drops on Tuesday, March 3, and it’s full of lavender, coconut, ube, and matcha. The Iced Lavender Cream Macha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Creme Frappuccino return, paired with a cutesy Frog Cake Pop.

The coffee chain also introduced a new chai recipe on March 3, with notes of cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger, sweetened with two grams of honey. The recipe allows customers to control their sweetness by leaving the drink unsweetened or adding their appropriate number of pumps of classic syrup. Other syrup flavors, such as vanilla, can also be added to dial up the sweet notes of chai, according to a news release.

Here’s what you need to know about Starbucks’ spring 2026 menu.
