Reducing the payment of financial functions to be bad for employees – and is bad in America – Research Center

Going forward, government will have to pay more – not less – to compete.

An individual proposal: The federal government is funding the benefits of the Federal Pertirement System (FERS) System (FERS), conservative by staff and their structures. The full compensation consists of inflation and benefits of Fringe, primarily health insurance and employer donations to retirement programs. According to the Conmessional Budget Office, staff of college or more workers, the salaries of the Federal workers submitted to those working in the private workers (see Figure 1). Benefits, however, are more generous for financial staff, completely lowered low wage for those with the Bachelor graduates, but workers of large powerful organizations continue to fall. To understand how much weight is a variety of comparisons, it is important to know how many workers fall in various educational buckets in the Unitary and private sector. As shown in Table 1, two-thirds of the Federal staff have a Bachelor’s or more, compared to 43 percent of the private workers. That is, many Federal workers receive lower wages than their private sectors.

In addition, the position associated with government employees have deteriorated over time.
