Have you had a credit card, store card or catalog where your credit limit was too high? So hard that Monthly Payment was difficult to manage and get into a greater debt?

Good reasons to complain
If the borrower would see any of these in your credit text, they may have refused your first request:
- Recent Credit Problems: Automatic, missed payments, or payment arrangements, loans payable, payment date;
- Have a separate credit card the same lender when you paid less money;
- Some credit cards when you were closer to your limit and excessive use. Here is the Ombudsman’s decision that Zown should not provide the first lower limit in this situation;
- The level of borrowing looks very high in relation to your income.
Your credit limit should not later grow unless you can afford it. In addition to the points above, any of the following should also warn the complexity of the difficulty:
- to make low payments longer;
- To make a minimum payment but then use a card to pay for food or fuel for balance and drop;
- Used most of your limitations for a long time;

- Recent missing payments or payment arrangement in your credit record;

Then say they should not give you an account:

Consider the points before complaining

These complaints can be made when your account is still open, or when closed and resolved, or if they have a credit complaint (not a complaint to the original bend.)

Old Accounts
Financial Ombudsman (FOS) may only return in April 2007, where the law changes approving these complaints.
Many lenders will refuse complaints on something that was over six years ago and then the Ombudsman will not look at them. How to send a charge to FOS

FOS form finally asks you to add supporting documents. Don’t bother to send Copy of your credit or financial – The borrower will provide a copy when FOS asks that.

And find your bank statements if they will support your complaint and send those to FOS.
