So just imagine – the agents of a company using all aspects of AI will be more productive than those in other organizations. They will be more efficient, able to respond to customers faster, save time, and save costs. So, obviously, they will be very competitive.
Anoop Bargur: The main function of the agency is to sell additional policies. It’s not about learning the software or the workflow better. The main task is to sell policies and allow tools to handle difficult daily tasks as quickly as possible. Any agency that can use AI tools to automate workflows will have more time to sell policies automatically.
Who is EVA?
Anoop Bargur: EVA is an abbreviation for EZLynx Virtual Assistant.

Saurabh Hooda: EVA will probably write better than most of us. Instead of only getting five emails per hour, you can now get 15. EVA adds all those workers you wouldn’t have on your own to do more.
How does the EVA account summary provide instant information?
Anoop Bargur: EVA account summaries help agents process multiple data sources and quickly write meaningful answers. With this tool, any agent can answer the applicant’s questions, and it doesn’t have to be the same agent who worked on the policy before.
Therefore, anyone who receives a call from a client can simply ask for a quick summary from EVA and you will see what the last conversations with the client were about. This allows any agent to pick up where the customer left off, making it much easier to service those policies.
Saurabh Hooda: Until 2025, agents used to spend more time searching for information, digesting information, and then responding. But now, they have all the right data at their fingertips.
Now you can use EVA to summarize everything that has happened in the last 12 months with the insurance account, so you can quickly know what you need, and have the context of the full account history.
EVA reminds agents in 30 seconds of everything that happened between any employee and customer in the last 12 months. Therefore, you can quickly have a meaningful conversation instead of spending a few minutes fishing through all the irrelevant information to find what you need.
What is Ask EVA (Announced on Applied Net and Scheduled for 2026 Release)?
Saurabh Hooda: Ask EVA is an AI assistant that helps agents get quick, accurate answers based on their customer and agency data. For example, if you’re talking to an insured who says, “Hey, I just broke my windshield, is it covered on my policy or not?” With Ask EVA, you don’t need to search for the name of the insured, search for their specific auto policy, open that auto policy, and search for coverage, which can take 3 to 5 minutes.
You can simply ask “Is this glass insured or not?” And you will get the answer. You don’t need to waste time on it. Just ask EVA and he’ll be able to give you an intelligent, accurate answer quickly. And everything is readable; Each answer has a link to the source of the information so you can verify the answer every time.
How Is AI Used To Connect Agents To Winning Quotes Fast?
Anoop Bargur: EVA AutoFill is coming soon. Saves agencies time by extracting data from uploaded documents/files (eg, December page, quote sheet, email, voice call, etc.) and automatically populating quote fields. This eliminates manual data entry and speeds up the citation process.
Which EZLynx AI Tools for 2026 Are You Most Excited About?
Saurabh Hooda: In various surveys, we found that manual data entry is one of the biggest sinkholes for agents. Today, agents often spend more than 15 minutes typing information from a Dec page or quote sheet into EZLynx just to get a quote.
