House under contract – to blog down debt away from debt

On the night of Monday, February 24, the house continued contract. Closed closure end of March. I will not share more until we receive exam and test.
This changed my plans again.
- There is a buyer’s agent involved, but there is no merchant agent. Because all of this happened before March 1 when I would pass the house to the agent, passing like a FSBO. A lawyer who has handled my family’s news every time you handle the sale. (And yes, I have to pay for him.) I pay back the buyer 3% marketing agent I advertise when I created a listing on Facebook and Rolls.
- Instead of spending a month in Texas, I will be living in two weeks, and then I return to Georgia to closing day.
Post House sales strategies
If all is well and as scheduled, the house will close in the end of March. That leaves me at the end of April’s month. The whole family planning to be in Georgia during the first week of May Piress Coled Coledtion, Family weekend, Family Birthday, and Mother’s date. And in the family I mean that all my 5 plus children and my nearest family from Texas.
Options
I will not make strong decisions or plans until the house will close as scheduled. But I update the options so I’m okay.
- Beauty and her furniture have a home roommate who has invited me to stay for a while.
- Princess has a flat (bed) where I could live there for a few days, perhaps the Max Sunday. I will stay here on a week right after closing as we are appointed together this week.
- Back to Texas on the moon.
- Roadtrip!

Revise
The buyer has released March 4th by email from their property agent. The right endurance was on 7. No reason given. (I believe they were associated with their finances as they received 100% financial loan.)
I definitely have me a loop mentally. After giving yourself a few days to process. I decided to return to GA at the end of this two-week period, and I decide what I should do at that time. I need a break from thought of house. So it will be sent in blank. And I will focus on work and find extra work. And spending some time with my family.
Hope is a smart and operational business manager who spend about two decades help their clients and grow their businesses for project management, digital sales, and technical technology. Recently the conversion from his role as a single growing mother / adolescent children in a blank NOter, hope is roaming emotional and efficient challenges.
Living in a small tiny city in northeastern Georgia and three dogs, hope loves the peace of the sea because of the busy sea. Although his children now receive their feet in national education, jobs, and independence – he remains a great deal of support in the next chapter, just as he faces the bittersweet tugt to allow travel.

Now, with updated focus and the clear route, it is ready to deal with its finances with the same zeal and insistion to bring his life and his work.
