1. Annual fee: “$70 per company, $25 per card”, so the minimum amount is $95. . NOT the first year.

Recommended Application Period

1. We recommend that you apply for this card after you have a credit history of at least one year.
2. 2/3/4 Rule: BoA will only allow a minimum of: 2 cards per 2 month roll; 3 cards per 12 month roll; and 4 cards per 24 months. Because their IT system has not been fully updated, you may not be denied due to this rule. Instead, you may be initially authorized, and then the account will be closed due to “mistaken authorization”.
3. 24 month policy: This card will not be available to you if you currently have ANY BOA BUSINESS CARD in the previous 24 months.

Summary

This card is identical to the old BoA Alaska business card. The welcome offer is quite attractive. However, the spend reward rate isn’t impressive, so this isn’t a card worth keeping unless you fly a lot to Alaska.
