I see a lot of posts in the house and the delay in the things that happen and post go live to a little confusion. This synopsis post of what happened so far and how things have stopped as today.
By the end of January / early February
I asked for Real Estate Agents on Facebook. I interviewed 5 telephone and received 2 of 5 people coming to the house. Both of them reflect the printed cones based on our telephone conversation. I was very scared about my FSBO list, but then I passed the agent when I left the city.
February 10
The house went to the FSBO’s market. I added you to Facebook and Lullow. (No their expenses.) And everyone (home to me) I knew he was kind enough to understand their Facebook pages. It was listed at $ 210,000. (Housing market where I live especially hot homes that can rent. Investors buy them immediately.)
February 12-18
A local buyer who moved here in April last Turkey watched the house and gave me a voice offering (no agent) for $ 205,000. He had former approval and planned to put $ 70,000 down. Back 2/17 or 2/18 with a text message because her son wants to live in “markets.” (I have found that funny to see as this is a small town, nothing I can think of market.)
February 20 March 3

- By 2/4, I spread and receive. Written contract with the buyer agent. The closing date had to be 3/4.
- In 2/88, I left the city with a house under contract. I could sign with agent.
- By 3/3, checked and the buyer released. No reason given.
March 4-6
The first thing I’ve made rebuild my Rallow list and other new pictures. And change the list price at $ 207,000.
I contacted a different agent on March 4. Before you cross my throat, the agent whom I had chosen gave me the situation when the house was under the contract. (I was too open for my system.) And it really brought me, some of the things she said. Not only that, with this “in the middle of the” telephone, some of the things he has expressed were my second guess. He is a good person, but I can’t find the best offer I can use.

On March 5, two other agents tried to me to show a house on Saturday. All of this was arranged with the day closing 24. But now I will agree with certain situations that I live or walk in April. Learning to rest and trust the process.
The house is not sold until it is sold. And may not be sold. And I will cross the bridge when I get to it.
