Abstract
This paper compares that black and white workers with thousands of jobs have stable after job shock. Using administrative data from the A sample of continuous historyThe analysis matches available tracases for black and white workers from three (199-19-1991; 2000-2009; and 2008-2009; and 2008-2009; and 2008-2009;
The paper found that:
- Exiled workers find a dramatic and persistent decline in obtaining counterfial related income, regardless of.
- Related to uniform staff, exiled black workers find a decrease in earned percentage (“drop excessive”)) immediately following migration, but the same percentage arrived later.
- However, black workers are still experiencing severe misfortune, as black workers are not pursued caused by low cost than white employees, the pattern I am developing over time.
Policy results are:
- The continuation of social security helps to relieve the loss of income for income due to unemployment.
- This progress is very important for black employees due to their unique risk and revenue of excessive income after migration.
- Similarly, having the first age of eligibility is 62 protects against low-levels of the low-quality employees.
