June 2025 Fire Update – take 40
Hi everyone! Have a good month in June? I’ve been too late for this update, but life has been busy in RB40’s house. We prepare to take a road trip to California and there are so many things to deal with. Also, we are preparing to reure our kitchen. Man, expensive and oppressive.
On the side of the financial self, things are good. Our appropriate Net is hit high as the stock market is nuts. I’m still tied to pull down, but I will enjoy feeling rich while we can. On the other hand, our cash flow was not good in June. This will be normal normal. We enter into a lifetime phase. I will write the post so soon. I feel okay because our temperature is too low. Should work.
All right, I will share how I do with my new year’s goals. Then, I will go over our number and cash flow. Let’s go!

Financial Objectives
Sell hiring Condo
This was my primary goal of 2025. Previous employer has been issued without our rental condo in January. I repaired and filed you in it for sale. Unfortunately, Condo market was terrified in Portland. We just looked at one more than 4 months! I think consumers are scared now. The economy is very uncertain and the interest rate is high. That’s why I decided to hire Condo yet. We will put it on the market and in a few years.
However, I plan a lot of walking and I don’t want to be a renter. I might invest in retail returns. It is very easy.
Prplex duplex is for sale
In the same line, I want to sell our duplex after our RB40JR finished high school in 2029. We want to move to California to approach families. My parents of RB40 get old, and they need help.

Exercise more than last year
Last year, I set a 3-timing goal in a week. However, I developed elbow pain and I had to go back. Result: I used 120 times in 2023. That wasn’t bad, but I would like to do more this year.
In June, I took the moon to go to the gym. I went to Yoga, a bicycle, and in the way instead. However, my joints are in pain. Time to get on a doctor about this.

Many days with Missus
This year, I want to go out with Mkk RB440 more often. If you are a parent, you know how difficult this can be. Fortunately, our son is still young now. We can come out whenever we want. However, I need to overcome my doubts to leave the house in the evening. We parked on the road and finding a place can be frustrating at night. Ugh! I would like to pull down home than out of the restaurant.
I will walk for lunch and Mrs RB40 instead. That is easy. Who wants to leave home after darkness?
In June, we had 1 lunch Day. That is sad. Month is flying for us and we were busy with all health care. Wife RB40 was pressured by insurance crisis.

June was a distressing month for us. We were busy dealing with insurance and contractor rejection. Wife RB40 was putting another complaint and was under pressure. Currently, our bottom in our kitchen is covered with these ancient ceramic epistles. I plan to place a strong lvp over it and I hope the best. We will see how it goes.
